Mar 01, 2013 by Robert In December, Empire Heating & Air Conditioning assisted me with a heat pump replacement. I wanted to share with you that since the new heat pump was installed my electric bills have been cut in half. My most recent bill was $75 versus $150 for the same period last year. I’m impressed. If this stays true in the summer months, my $300 bill becomes $150 and it’s clear to see the replacement system paying for itself in 4-5 years. I’m a satisfied customer.

The installation and service personnel (Pat and Arthur) were prompt, professional, and very pleasant to deal with.
